A traditional dish from the Quebec province of Canada it can be classified as comfort food. Imagine a plate full of French fries drenched in gravy and sprinkled with cheese curds. Yeah, it tastes as good as it sounds! Wisconsin is already known for its cheese curds so poutine and Wisconsin will go together like Bonnie and Clyde, peanut butter and chocolate or politicians and promises.
