How to Make Poutine

Start with fries that can hold up to gravy longer without getting soggy too fast.  Then use local cheese curds (we use Henning's Cheese from Chilton, WI), smother with homemade gravy and garnish with some parsley flakes for presentation and color.   Delicious.  Wash down with your favorite carbonated beverage.  The carbonation can help rinse the palate so your next bite is almost as good as the first.  How do you prefer your poutine?
